For the third consecutive year, the Law Enforcement Families Partnership (LEFP) will receive recognition from the Davis-Productivity Awards sponsored by Florida TaxWatch.  Since 1989, the Davis Productivity Award program has publicly recognized and rewarded state employees and groups whose work significantly and measurably increases productivity and promotes innovation and saves money for Florida taxpayers and businesses. The LEFP has been honored for three consecutive years for providing criminal justice officers access to free online domestic violence prevention training. When approved by the local agency, this training can also meet the mandatory retraining credits required by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
